UK Shipping Costs:
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class
Recorded - £2.95
Next Day Delivery: Courier - £5.95
Delivery Time:
Orders placed before 4pm on working days will be
shipped on the same day, subject to product
availability. Should there be any delay with shipping
you will be notified of the expected despatch time by
email.
Orders shipped on Next Day service will arrive
the next working day.
A signature will be required on receipt of all
shipments
In the case of multiple products we will often ship
the available parts of the order immediately. The
remaining items will be despatched as soon as they
become available, at no extra cost.
No-one there to sign:
If you are not
available when delivery is attempted, a card will be
left. Full instructions on arranging a redelivery or
collection will be on that card.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
Medik8 product, you are entitled to a full refund if the
product is returned within 30 days.
To obtain a
returns claim code, call our customer service department
on 020 8458 2500. They will instruct you on how
to proceed.
